Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and greet passengers at baggage claim area.
Ensure passenger is on the appropriate transfer as
indicated on the manifest sheets. Immediately advise.

the Supervisor of any discrepancies.

Properly label the passenger’s luggage with their full
name, name of the ship and cruise line, stateroom, or

cabin.

Guide passengers to their waiting area for ground
transportation or bus loading zone.

Take final head count of passenger and note any issue
such as early flights, missing luggage/items, medical

issues.
